Care Guide

Your Louis Vuitton piece is an icon that only becomes more beautiful with age and proper care. Follow this care guide for the ultimate care of your Louis Vuitton bag.

1. Always start with a clean base. Apply the Foam Cleaner with a clean applicator brush and carefully clean the canvas. Remove the product with a clean cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly. This gentle cleaner removes dirt without damaging the material and prepares the bag for the next care step. Allow the canvas to dry for at least 12 hours.

2. Apply the rich Coated Fabric Lotion evenly with a clean applicator brush or soft cloth. Remove any excess product with a clean cloth. Allow the canvas to dry for at least 1 hour.

3. Vachetta leather: For the handles, piping and other details on a Louis Vuitton bag made from Vachetta leather. First remove any dust and dirt. Apply a small amount of Vachetta Leather Cream evenly with a small applicator brush or soft cloth. Do not use too much product and distribute the cream carefully over the leather.

Note: The leather may temporarily darken during treatment. This is part of the process. Are there deeper grooves in the Vachetta leather? Use your fingers to gently work the cream into these areas.
