1. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee 100% authenticity of every item we sell. Each item is rigorously inspected using Entrupy technology . That's why we offer a lifetime guarantee on authenticity. Should any doubt arise regarding authenticity based on objective evidence from a recognized authority, we will refund the full purchase price.

2. Condition of Preloved & Vintage Items
Our items are pre-owned and often years old. Any signs of wear or minor imperfections are part of the item's history and are not considered defects. We strive to accurately depict every detail through our photos and descriptions.

3. No guarantee of future condition
Because our items have had a previous life, we cannot guarantee the future condition, functionality, or lifespan of a product. Wear and tear, material fatigue, or damage that occurs after purchase and during use is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

4. What is not covered by the warranty

• Damage due to improper use (exposure to water, heat, sunlight, liquids or overloading).

• Normal wear and tear from use (discoloration of leather, scratches on hardware, wear on corners).

• Repairs or adjustments carried out by third parties.

5. Inspection upon receipt
We recommend that you carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If the item does not match the description on the website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with clear photos. We will carefully review each situation and do our best to find a fair solution together.
