How it works
You register your designer bag via WhatsApp with the following information:

Delivery via showroom or sending
Email + phone
We will then schedule an appointment together to have your bag authenticated.
Drop off & pick up
You bring the bag to our showroom in Breda in person and pick it up after authentication. This is by appointment only. Authentication always takes place without the customer being present and is carried out privately and individually by PreLoved Pieces.
Send & return
You send the bag to us insured. After authentication, we'll return it to you insured. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
After authentication you will receive:
- an official digital Entrupy certificate of authenticity
- registration linked to your specific bag
