International Shipping

Preloved Pieces ships worldwide. Every order is sent with track & trace and full insurance. Shipping costs are based on the order value and the destination country. Simply enter your address at checkout and the costs and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Any import duties, local taxes or customs charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. This is standard practice for international shipments and falls outside of our control.

Delivery time

Enter your address at checkout and the costs and delivery time will be calculated automatically. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to follow it all the way to your door. If it's an urgent order, please send us a message of WhatsApp message so we can discuss the options.

Discreet & Safe

Because we work with valuable designer pieces, we ship our packages in discreet outer packaging. This way, it won't be visible from the outside that it's a luxury item. Of course, the shipment is fully insured: should anything happen in transit, your investment is protected.

Pick up in the showroom

Would you prefer a personal pickup? You can also pick up your order free of charge at our showroom in Breda. This is by appointment only. Contact us to schedule a convenient time.

Our digital products, such as the Preloved Pieces E-Gift Card, are available immediately after purchase. You'll receive an email with the gift card or download link in your inbox within a few minutes.
