Authenticity & Quality
Yes, without exception. Every item undergoes a strict verification process based on material, hardware, finish, and origin. We use technology to guarantee 100% authenticity.
Absolutely. With every item verified by Entrupy, you'll receive an official digital certificate of authenticity. This certificate is inextricably linked to your unique bag.
We work with a transparent rating system:
- New: Never worn, often including all packaging.
- Like New: Barely visible signs of use.
- Excellent: Lightly used, but very well maintained.
- Very Good/Good: Visible signs of use (always photographed), but still beautiful and functional.
If the original "Full Set" (box, dust bag, authenticity card) is included, we will clearly state this. If the original dust bag is missing, we will provide a luxurious Preloved Pieces protective cover.
Order & Payment
You can pay securely via iDEAL | Wero, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact, Bank transfer and iDeal in3.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin preparing the luxurious packaging and shipping. Unfortunately, this means it's not possible to change or cancel your order.
We offer several trusted payment methods that allow you to pay in installments (such as Klarna or Mollie). You'll see the available options immediately at checkout.
Make sure you're logged in with your Member account. Many codes are exclusive to our members. Also check the expiration date and whether the code is valid for the selected collection.
Shipping & Showroom
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays are usually delivered the next day (within the Netherlands). You'll receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Yes. Due to their high value, we ship all packages exclusively by registered mail with signature upon receipt. The package will not be delivered to your neighbors.
Absolutely. You're very welcome to visit our showroom in Breda. We work by appointment only for personalized private shopping sessions, so we can give you our full attention and honest advice.
Returns & Warranty
You have a 14-day return policy. You can register your return via our customer service email returns@shopprelovedpieces.com
Please note: Returns are only possible if the unique Preloved Pieces security tag is fully intact and attached to the item.
Items purchased in person in the showroom cannot be returned. You had the opportunity to inspect the item in person.
The costs and risk of returns are the buyer's responsibility. We always recommend sending your return fully insured.
