This Chanel Mini Flap Bag in the Square size is crafted from black caviar calfskin and finished with 24-karat gold-plated hardware. It is a rare and sought-after Chanel version, combining details that are no longer produced and are seen only occasionally on the preloved market. The diamond-quilted caviar leather, flap, gold-tone chain and iconic CC turnlock give this compact Chanel mini bag its recognizable design. The interior is clean and the bag has a slip pocket and a zip pocket.
The 24K gold-plated hardware makes this version especially distinctive. Chanel used this gold-plated finish on its earlier Flap Bags and no longer uses it today. The warm gold not only contrasts beautifully with the black caviar leather, but is also a defining detail of this mini Chanel flap.
