No longer carrying your current designer bag and have another one in mind at PreLoved Pieces? Then trade in your designer bag for a new one. We will deduct the value of your bag, you only pay the difference, or you receive it back in store credit.
Trade in your designer bag & upgrade your collection with a new one
step 1. The photos
Please send us the following via WhatsApp 0031620626439
- several clear photos of the bag (front, back, sides, bottom, top, and inside)
- close-ups of the logo, corners, and any signs of wear
- a short description of the condition
- what comes with the item, such as dust bag, box, and/or proof of purchase
Step 2. The selling price
We will assess whether your bag is a match for our collection and make a fair offer based on market value and condition. Do you agree? And have you chosen a new bag from our collection? Then you can send your bag to PreLoved Pieces fully insured. It is also possible to drop off your bag in person at our showroom in Breda.
Step 3. Inspection & Authentication
Upon receipt, we carefully inspect and authenticate your bag. Is everything in order? Then we will send your new bag to you.
Good to know:
- If the item does not pass authentication, we will return it insured or you can pick it up in the showroom. These costs are for the customer.
Step 4. Sales & Payout
Is your bag worth less than the new one? Then you pay the difference. Is your bag worth more? Then you'll receive the difference back as Preloved Store Credit + an additional 5%.
